Our Story

Where we started. Where we're going.

DataRobe was founded to solve a specific problem: finding highly specialized ERP talent is genuinely hard. Generic recruiters don't understand Oracle. Staffing agencies can't tell a PeopleSoft HCM Lead from a PeopleSoft FSCM Lead.

We built the niche ERP talent practice that enterprise technology teams actually needed — one where the recruiters understand the technology as well as the clients do.

Then we built InLrn.

Today, DataRobe operates on two tracks: delivering elite ERP talent to enterprise clients worldwide, and building intelligent software products. Both tracks share the same foundation — deep technical expertise and an obsession with quality.
